VELO Rebrand: refreshed name, fresh design, maintaining the same taste!
VELO is a leading provider of nicotine pouches, offering a variety of well-known products, such as VELO Freeze Max and VELO Ice Cool Mint. VELO’s ongoing efforts in brand evolution encompass introducing new flavors, formats, and strengths, which also involve a rebranding process.
VELO-Rebranding
From the beginning of 2024, VELO introduces a new design. What does this mean for you as a snus user? A completely new can design, including new product names! If, like many others, you’re a fan of VELO Freeze, there’s no need to worry. The content and flavors remain the same across all products. The redesigns only affect the can design and name. This is VELO’s way of making it easier for customers to explore the various variants of the brand and make informed choices.
New design of the cans
The gradual introduction of the new can is intended to assist customers in easily recognizing their favorite snus. On the six most popular Velo cans, a sticker will be placed instead of the usual printing. Beneath this sticker lies the new design, which can be revealed with a simple action of peeling off the sticker. Over time, this sticker will also be removed, making way for the complete implementation of VELO’s refreshed design.
New product names
It has been mentioned earlier that various VELO products are undergoing a transformation in terms of naming, without any changes to the content and flavors. This initiative aims to facilitate the discovery of the brand’s assortment by customers. The new product names have been carefully chosen to better reflect the taste and sensory experience.
Why is this change happening?
You might be wondering why popular products like VELO Freeze Max, VELO Ice Cool, and VELO Tropic Breeze are receiving a rebranded name and can design. This is driven by our goal to enhance flavor profiles and the overall sensory experience. Additionally, we aim to streamline the selection process for snus users by introducing a clearer design and labeling on the can. As a result, a structured point system from 0-6 is also being implemented to provide a clearer indication of nicotine strength.
